When does Tiee launch?
Soon, across the whole US. Pre-register with your ZIP code and we will let you know the day Tiee goes live.
Do I pay to be seen or to send a Proposal?
No. Creating a profile, posting a Job and sending a Proposal are all free. Nobody pays for leads or to show up.
When do I pay, and when do I get paid?
Clients pay before the work starts, and Tiee holds that money until the Job is done. Once the Job is accepted (the Worker marks it done and the Client confirms, or 72 hours pass without a reply from the Client), the Worker’s share lands in their Tiee Balance, ready to transfer to their bank.
What do I pay Tiee?
A small service fee on each completed Job, less than a typical tip, shown before you commit and never after. Workers also pay a one-time fee to set up their payout account, a small fee in months they actually withdraw, and a fee per withdrawal.
How are Workers verified?
Every Worker completes identity verification through our payment processor before they can be paid, and a Verified mark appears on the profile once approved. Workers in regulated trades must hold the licences and insurance their state requires, but we do not check those on your behalf, so ask to see them.
What happens to the data I submit today?
Your name, email, phone and ZIP code are used to send you your invite link, news about Tiee and its launch, and offers. We never sell them, every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
